  28. AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR ENTRY TO THE THEME PARK AND SUPERVISION REQUIREMENTS
    • • Supervision Requirement for Children: Visitors under the age of 15 (excluding age 15) are not permitted to enter the theme park on their own. These visitors must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old and has purchased a theme park entrance ticket or card. The accompanying adult is responsible for the safety and behavior of the child within the park. Any legal, criminal, or financial liability arising from accidents, adverse incidents, or damages caused to third parties by guests under the age of 18 within the theme park shall be the responsibility of the guest and the accompanying adult guardian.
    • • Exit from the Park and Supervision Responsibility: Visitors under the age of 15 are not permitted to leave the park without a valid adult companion (parent, legal guardian, teacher, or group supervisor) in accordance with security protocols. Such visitors may exit the park only when accompanied by a companion who is at least 18 years old. For student groups and organized group visits, exits from the park must take place under the supervision of the group leader or teacher. Park staff carry out reasonable monitoring and guidance to ensure visitor safety. However, due to the park's open-area nature and visitor density, the supervision responsibility of the accompanying adult continues. The park management cannot be held liable for incidents that occur outside the supervision of the accompanying adult and that are not caused by the fault of the operator.
  29. PROHIBITED ITEMS, SUBSTANCES, AND PETS
    • • Food and Beverage Restrictions: Bringing food, alcoholic beverages, or non-alcoholic drinks into the theme park is not permitted. Security personnel are authorized to conduct bag and item checks at the entrance and within the park. Items that are not allowed may be temporarily confiscated by park management or their consumption within the park may be prevented. Visitors who insist on violating this rule will have their access to the park terminated. Guests are not permitted to use rides and attractions while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Visitors identified in such a condition will have their access to the theme park terminated.
    • • Prohibition of Dangerous Items: The following items are strictly prohibited from being brought into the park or used to enter the park: any type of weapon (firearms, sharp or piercing objects), explosive or flammable materials, chemical substances, and other hazardous items. • • Dangerous Equipment and Toys: Entry with items that may pose a danger to guests or obstruct park staff, such as frisbees, balls, and similar objects, is not permitted. Additionally, equipment that may interfere with pedestrian traffic, including scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller skates, and similar items, is not allowed inside the park.
    • • Pets: Pets may only be brought into the park with the approval of theme park management and must be kept in a stroller, carrier, cage, bag, or similar container for the safety of both the animals and other visitors. Walking pets within the theme park is strictly prohibited. Certified guide dogs accompanying guests with visual or hearing impairments are exempt from this rule. The owner is fully responsible for the control of the guide dog within the park and for any potential damage it may cause to the surroundings.
  30. SAFETY AND CONDUCT RULES
    • • Smoking and Tobacco Products: Penalties for violations in areas where smoking is prohibited are determined in accordance with Law No. 4207 and the relevant legislation.
    • • Authority of Park Management to Intervene and Remove Visitors: Park management and authorized staff have the right to deny entry to the park and/or remove visitors from the premises in the following situations: theft, aggressive behavior, harassment or threats, violation of park rules, cutting in line while waiting, failure to comply with safety rules, endangering the peace and safety of other visitors, being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, engaging in unauthorized commercial activities within the park, or behavior that disrupts public order. In such cases, the ticket fee will not be refunded, and the relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.
    • • Lost Child Procedure: If a child under supervision becomes separated from their accompanying adult or is lost within the park area, the situation must be immediately reported to park staff or to the Security/Information Desk. Upon notification, the lost child procedure implemented by the theme park will be activated, and the necessary guidance and coordination will be provided to locate the child. During this process, it remains the responsibility of the accompanying adult to ensure the supervision and oversight of the child.
    • • Emergency Procedures: In the event of emergencies such as fire, earthquakes, or similar situations, visitors are required to follow the announcements, directions, and safety signs provided within the park. Emergency exits and assembly points have been designated throughout the theme park, and information regarding these areas is displayed within the park. In case of a medical emergency, the nearest park staff member or security personnel should be informed immediately. First aid and medical services are available within the theme park.
  31. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND SECURITY SYSTEMS
    • • Photography and Video Recording: Photographs, videos, and audio recordings taken within the park are permitted for personal use only. The commercial use, sale, publication, or reproduction of these materials without prior written permission is prohibited. Prior written approval from park management is required for the use of professional recording equipment (such as tripods, gimbals, etc.) and for any commercial filming or photography. If the personal data or personality rights of third parties appearing in photographs or videos taken by visitors are violated, all legal, criminal, and financial liabilities arising from such actions shall rest solely with the visitor who recorded and/or shared the content. Vialand Theme Park shall not be a party to any administrative or legal disputes arising from such violations. Visitors acknowledge and accept that they may appear in general promotional, advertising, and social media recordings conducted within the Theme Park, and that they irrevocably grant permission for such images to be used by Vialand in commercial media. For the safety of visitors, the park is monitored 24/7 by an internal CCTV security system. Camera recordings are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and are stored within the legally prescribed retention periods. 32. RIDES, ATTRACTIONS, AND HEALTH RULES
    • • Ride and Attraction Usage Restrictions: Each ride and attraction has specific restrictions regarding age, height, weight, health conditions, and supervision requirements in order to ensure safety and comfort standards. These restrictions are clearly stated on the information signs located at the entrance of each attraction. Our staff are authorized and responsible for enforcing these restrictions.
    • • Age Restrictions for Rides and Attractions: Age Wristbands and Ride Usage: For safety reasons, guests under the age of 12 are required to wear color-coded wristbands corresponding to their age upon entry to the Theme Park. Meeting the age requirement alone does not eliminate the height requirement for rides; both conditions must be satisfied in order to use an attraction. The safekeeping of the wristband and its presentation to staff at ride entrances is the sole responsibility of the accompanying adult. If a child's wristband is removed, torn, or lost within the park, the system will consider the child to be over the age of 12. In such cases, the visitor and their accompanying adult acknowledge and undertake in advance that the park operator bears no responsibility for any rule violations or safety risks that may arise, and that all material and moral liability rests unconditionally with the accompanying adult.
    • • Health Conditions: Guests must be in good general health in order to use the rides and attractions. Visitors with the following conditions are strongly advised to consult their doctor before using the rides: pregnancy, heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, back/neck/spine problems, recent surgery, epilepsy, dizziness, motion sickness, panic attacks, or other chronic medical conditions. It is the visitor's own responsibility to accurately assess their health condition and decide whether to use the rides and attractions.
    • • Natural Risks and Responsibility: Due to their nature, rides and attractions involve high speeds, heights, sudden movements, and similar dynamic elements, and therefore may include certain physical risks. By entering the park and using the rides and attractions, you are deemed to have accepted these natural and unavoidable risks on behalf of yourself and any person you accompany. For your safety: please read the written safety instructions at the entrance of each attraction, strictly follow the verbal warnings and instructions given by staff, use safety equipment (such as seat belts and protective gear) correctly, and do not act contrary to staff instructions while on the ride. If these rules are not followed, the park shall not be responsible for any accidents that may occur. In the event of any bodily risk or accident involving children during or after the use of attractions, the accompanying adult who fails to fulfill their duty of supervision and oversight of the child shall be held responsible.
    • • Prohibition of Electronic Devices and Selfie Sticks: The use of selfie sticks, mobile phones, cameras, photo cameras, tablets, GoPro devices, and similar electronic devices on rides and attractions is strictly prohibited.
    • • Valuables and Storage Lockers: Visitors are responsible for their personal valuables. Paid, lockable storage lockers are available within the park. Vialand Theme Park cannot be held responsible for items (such as glasses, phones, wallets, etc.) that are not placed in the lockers and are carried by visitors during ride use if they fall, are damaged, or are lost. The responsibility for safeguarding valuable items rests entirely with the visitor.
  33. SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR VISITORS WITH DISABILITIES
    • • Information for Visitors with Disabilities: Guests with disabilities are kindly requested to review our Disability Policy on our website or the link below before purchasing a ticket/card, or to obtain information from our call center. https://www.vialand.com/en/kurallar Phone: 0850 210 85 63
    • • Accompanying Adult Requirement: Visitors with disabilities must enter the park accompanied by at least one companion. The companion must be at least 18 years old and capable of meeting the needs of the visitor with disabilities. The accompanying person is responsible for the safety and needs of the visitor with disabilities within the park.
    • • Ride and Attraction Use and Staff Assistance: Before using the rides and attractions, please carefully read the safety instructions and restriction information displayed at the entrance of each attraction. If you have any questions, you may contact park staff or the Guest Relations Office for assistance. Our staff may refuse boarding if they determine that the health condition of a visitor with disabilities poses a clear risk for the use of a ride or attraction. Accompanying persons must consider the visitor's physical condition, safety rules, and the characteristics of the attraction when deciding whether the visitor should board, and they assume full responsibility for this decision. Our staff may provide assistance during boarding and disembarking; however, they do not have the authority or responsibility to lift visitors with disabilities. Any lifting or physical support must be provided by the accompanying person.
  34. PARK OPERATING RULES AND CHANGES
    • • Operating Hours and Park Closure: Vialand Theme Park Management reserves the right, when deemed necessary, to change operating hours, close the Theme Park, temporarily restrict visitor access to certain areas, or suspend admissions without prior notice, without specifying a time frame, and without creating any right to refund or compensation.
    • • Ride Maintenance and Temporary Closures: Rides and attractions may be temporarily closed due to weather conditions (such as strong winds, rain, or storms), force majeure events, safety requirements, or periodic maintenance. For the current status of rides and attractions, you may contact the Guest Relations Office or park staff. No ticket refunds will be issued due to ride closures arising from the reasons stated above.
  35. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE PARK
    • • Commercial Activities and Unauthorized Actions: The following activities are strictly prohibited within the park: unauthorized commercial activities (sale of goods/services, advertising, promotions), distribution of written or printed materials such as brochures or flyers, unauthorized events or performances, picnics, birthday organizations, professional photography for special occasions, meetings, protests, political activities or propaganda, use of emblems, flags, banners or posters, behavior that disturbs the safety and peace of other visitors, activities that disrupt park operations, begging, and unauthorized fundraising. Visitors who fail to comply with these rules will be removed from the park, and the relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.
    • • Restrictions on Armed Personnel: Even if authorized under Law No. 6136 with a valid carrying permit, it is strictly prohibited for public officials on duty and all visitors to use the rides and attractions while carrying firearms, sharp objects, or piercing tools in any manner, in accordance with life and property safety protocols. Due to the nature of the rides and attractions, which involve high speeds, sudden maneuvers, and physical motion, there is a risk of dropping a weapon, accidental discharge, or causing harm to the surroundings. Therefore, the responsibility for the safe handling and secure storage of any weapon rests entirely with the visitor. Visitors who violate this rule by boarding a ride without declaring or by concealing a weapon accept that they are solely responsible for any material or moral damages, as well as any accidents involving third parties that may occur. In such cases, they acknowledge in advance that park management has the authority to immediately terminate their visit and notify law enforcement authorities.
  36. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND LEGAL NOTICES
    • • Acceptance of the Rules: By purchasing a ticket for Vialand Theme Park and/or entering the park, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Theme Park General Rules. These rules are published at the park entrance and on our website: https://www.vialand.com/en/kurallar
    • • Right to Amend: Vialand Theme Park management reserves the right to amend these general rules and conditions whenever deemed necessary. Any changes will enter into force on the date they are published on our website and at the park entrance. Visitors are advised to review the most current rules before their visit.
